What is AlphaDerma CE ™?
AlphaDerma CE ™ by Jansen-Beckett Cosmeceuticals is a “scientifically enhanced peptide formulation ideal for fine lines & wrinkles on the face & neck”. That is what the official site says – but what do real consumers believe? Does AlphaDerma CE ™ work for them?
AlphaDerma CE ™ Claims
Every anti-aging skincare product makes certain ‘claims’ on their official website. AlphaDerma CE ™ is no different. He are a few of those claims:
- Quickly Removes Appearance of Fine Lines & Wrinkles
- Repairs & Prevents Damaged Skin
- Immediately Tightens & Firms Aged Skin
- Achieve Visible Results After Just One Treatment
- AlphaDerma will PREVENT the formation of Stretchmarks
- Eliminate Fine Lines and Wrinkles
Based upon the experience that we have in advanced skincare, these claims may be bold, but if you look at the ingredients found in AlphaDerma CE ™, they are not far-fetched by any means.
AlphaDerma CE ™ Consumer Review
Value: I am a firm believer in the saying – ‘You get what you pay for’. It is the same here. Though AlphaDerma CE ™ is a bit on the pricey side, it contains some key wrinkle fighting ingredients.
Safety: Some of the complaints that I have read about regarding AlphaDerma CE ™ is that the amount recommended for use on the label is way too much. Here is a quote – “As far as loading, they (JanBeck) are out of their minds to load in such high doses.” Some consumers have also complained of really dry skin. Maybe that is why AlphaDerma CE ™ is also up-sold with some moisturizers and other products.
Anti-Aging Power: AlphaDerma CE ™ contains Argireline ® (Acetyl Hexapeptide-3), which is an effective anti-aging element. AlphaDerma CE ™ also contains DMAE, ALA, Collagen and Elastin. All good ingredients – but they would be more effective at fighting wrinkles if they were combined with silk protein peptides, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, Hydronium 55, Snap-8 (Acetyl Octapeptide-3), or Hyaluronic Acid.
Ingredient Quality: Good but not great. There are many ingredients in AlphaDerma CE ™ that are fillers and don’t add any value to the product as a whole. Like I mentioned above, Acetyl Hexapeptide-3 is good by itself, but better when combined with silk protein peptides, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, Hydronium 55, Snap-8 (Acetyl Octapeptide-3), and/or Hyaluronic Acid.
Customer Feedback:
“After using this product along with Janson Beckett’s Cleansing Milk, toner, Skin Prep, Okusil, Vitamin C&C and DermaExcel for 4 months, all I have seen is more pronounced wrinkles and older looking skin. I’m 32-years-old. Growing in a tropical island accelerated the aging of my face, but I think that I still can repair it. Definitively not with these products. If I can post pictures of the bottles and my skin somewhere I’ll do it…”
“I’ve been using AlphaDerma-CE for about 30 days, and the results have been underwhelming. While it goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly, I haven’t noticed any reductions in wrinkles or damage. I’m 44 years old, and I have wrinkling around my eyes and extending from the sides of my nose, mostly due to sun exposure; however, the AlphaDerma-CE dries my skin further. As a remedy, I use moisturizer on top of the AlphaDerma, but there’s no information accompanying the product regarding using moisturizers and/or makeup on top of it. Does that lessen its positive effects? Should I wait X amount of time before applying other products over it? How long before I should see some improvement in my skin? Thirty days? 60? 90? So far, I’m disappointed. I can see no reduction whatsoever in wrinkling, and perhaps a small increase, due to dryness.”
Company Reputation: Janson Beckett has developed many fine skincare products. All of their products offer a 60 day money back guarantee.
Positive Features:
- Contains some good ingredients
- Company has a good reputation
Negative Features:
- Too many ‘filler’ ingredients
- Janson Beckett’s products are over-priced
- Horrible Smell
- Many consumers have complained of dry, irritated skin
AlphaDerma CE ™ Conclusion
AlphaDerma CE ™ is a good but not great wrinkle solution. The product contains Acetyl Hexapeptide-3 which is fantastic, but it also contains many filler ingredients. These fillers lead to a product that isn’t as strong as claimed. Due to the lack of potency in the formulation, Janson Beckett insists that you use an obscene amount of AlphaDerma CE ™ to see any results. Sure you may see some wrinkle reduction, but due to the recommended application dosage, you may also see dry, irritated skin. And the smell, I am still having nightmares.
Even though it has its faults, AlphaDerma CE ™ is one of the better anti-aging serums available. It is not the best, but it is good.

What is Amatokin Emulsion?
Wow. That is all I can say. I don’t even know where to begin on this one. Amatokin Emulsion by Voss Laboratory is a wrinkle reducer and skin rejuvenator. The official Amatokin Emulsion site says that it uses “Stem-cell Technology” – which is complete BS. That is pretty much all I can say about ‘What’ Amatokin Emulsion is. The serious issues are the way in which this wrinkle serum is marketed. Where to begin …”
Amatokin Emulsion Claims
So many claims to choose from . . .
“Amatokin is the hottest skin cream in the world.”
“Parisian women lined up to get their hands on what was said to be the most profound skin-care breakthrough in more than three decades.”
“Developed in Russia at the “super-secret” Research and Production Center for Medical Biotechnology (a high-security medical lab located 62 miles north of St. Petersburg, surrounded by razor wire and machine-gun-toting armed guards… no kidding)”
That last one is almost laughable, no actually, it is very laughable. Who are these guys trying to fool? I have found some resources on the internet that have linked Voss Labs, makers of Amatokin products, back to Klein-Becker, who is a subsidiary of Basic Research - makers of StriVectin. Is it the same product marketed under a different guise?
Amatokin Emulsion Consumer Review
Value: Amatokin is way over-priced for what the product delivers. The main ingredient is water, toss in some fillers, one of them being “Polypeptide 153” aka SYN®-COLL aka Palmitoyl Tripeptide-3 and you have yourself the product that had “Parisian women lined up”.
Safety: The marketing approach scares me a bit, but the product is totally safe. It contains minor traces of anti-aging and wrinkle-reducing compounds.
Anti-Aging Power: The only anti-aging ingredient found in Amatokin Emulsion is SYN®-COLL, which is another name for Palmitoyl Tripeptide-3. SYN®-COLL is short for synthetic collagen, because it is able to stimulate the skins natural mechanism to produce collagen. It has NOTHING TO DO WITH STEM-CELLS.
Ingredient Quality: This “secret” ingredient “guarded by machine guns” outside of Russia is a Polypeptide, whose actual name is Palmitoyl Tripeptide-3 or SYN®-COLL, which is found in a few anti-aging products. The bummer is that marketing hype aside, Amatokin Emulsion has one decent ingredient, but the rest is just filler.
Customer Feedback: Be cautious when reading reviews about Amatokin – they employees out there posting testimonials. Search through forums to really see what people’s experiences have been. Here are a few honest testimonials that I found:
“I used it but I broke out in bad hives the same time I used it so I stopped using it for a month. I have read a couple reviews on it but they kinda sound like someone hired from the company to say it.”
“I haven’t used it myself. Three women at work were just going nuts to get their hands on this. They finally did. After 4-5 weeks - nada. Maybe that isn’t enough time?”
“I purchased Amatokin in Bloomingdales and used it for a month. There is no effect, no difference. I think, it’s waste of money.”
Company Reputation: Extremely BAD. Amatokin is produced and linked to Basic Research. If you search for complaints against them, you will come across more than you would ever care to read.
Positive Features:
- Nice Packaging?
- Contains some Peptide
Negative Features:
- This product is expensive.
- Shady Marketing.
- There is no actual evidence of how effective this product is.
Amatokin Emulsion Conclusion
Extraordinary claims need to be backed up by Extraordinary proof. Amatokin is heavy on claims but offers ZERO proof to back them up. Amatokin Emulsion is extremely expensive, and in this case it is unfortunate that you don’t get what you pay for.

What is Alpha Hydrox ®?
Alpha Hydrox ® is a skin care company with an extremely cheap (and inexpensive) line of products. Alpha Hydrox ® product line is pretty plain and generic. There are no products with any proven ingredients like Acetyl Hexapeptide-3, Snap-8 (Acetyl Octapeptide-3), Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, or Hydronium 55. Any combination of these ingredients are found in the best anti-aging products. Not a single Alpha Hydrox ® product contains any of these ingredients.
Alpha Hydrox ® Claims
There are no claims. The official website is pretty generic. Plus it is difficult to make certain claims about products that are generic by nature.
Alpha Hydrox ® Consumer Review
Value: None. The products contain no anti-aging or wrinkle-fighting ingredients. The lack of quality ingredients is reflected in the price and overall value of Alpha Hydrox ® products.
Safety: Alpha Hydrox ® products are manufactured outside of the Unites States. Does that mean they are un-safe? I think so, but you can judge that for yourself.
Anti-Aging Power: None. The products contain no anti-aging or wrinkle-fighting ingredients. The lack of quality ingredients is reflected in the price and overall value of Alpha Hydrox ® products.
Ingredient Quality: The main ingredients in their products are Vitamins A, C and E. It is hard to critique the quality of wrinkle-fighting ingredients if none are found in their products.
Customer Feedback: Here are some comments that I found written by Alpha Hydrox ® customers: “I’m still waiting to see the results of this product. I bought it based off of everyone’s glowing reviews but have yet to see any 5 star results. I’ve been using it now for about 3 weeks and am still having break outs and my old acne scars still look about the same.” Here is another –“ I am almost done with this product and I see no improvement or benefit at all”.
Company Reputation: Alpha Hydrox ® has a reputation of manufacturing cheap and generic products.
Positive Features:
- Inexpensive
Negative Features:
- Low Quality
- Cheap ingredients
- Manufactured outside of the USA
- No Anti-Aging or Wrinkle-Reducing ingredients
- Customer after Customer has reported skin irritation and acne break outs after using the products (see amazon.com).
Alpha Hydrox ®Conclusion
Extremely cheap. No Anti-Aging or wrinkle-reducing potential. If you are looking for a wrinkle reducing solution Alpha Hydrox ® is not it. Ingredients that you should look for in a wrinkle reducing cream or serum are Acetyl Hexapeptide-3, or Argireline® combined with silk protein peptides, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, Hydronium 55, Snap-8 (Acetyl Octapeptide-3), or Hyaluronic Acid. Wrinkle serums that contain those 6 ingredients are rare and expensive – but they Work!

What is Ageless Woman ®?
Ageless Woman ® is a full skincare line developed, marketed, and endorsed by Cheryl Tiegs. Ageless Woman ® carries a wide variety of products – from moisturizers and exfoliaters to eye creams and wrinkle relaxers. All of the product by Ageless Woman ® focus around their three ‘proprietary’ technologies: Rejuvacell ™, AW27®, and HydraFusion™. This review will focus on these three technologies / ingredients. But first – what are they?
Rejuvacell ™ - According to the Ageless Woman ® website, Rejuvacell ™ is a ‘powerful antioxidant that helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles’. Rejuvacell ™ is a fancy term to describe a grape extract. Don’t let the name fool you.
AW27® - According to the Ageless Woman ® website, AW27® is a ‘revolutionary’ botanical extract that ‘reduces the appearance of sagging skin’.
HydraFusion™ - According to the Ageless Woman ® website, HydraFusion™ ‘is a hexapeptide that reduces the appearance of wrinkles’. HydraFusion is Agireline®, or Acetyl Hexapeptide-3, which is a good alternative to facial injections.
In short, Ageless Woman® took a bunch of existing ingredients and renamed them as “Technologies”. Terrific marketing on their part, but their products contain nothing unique or anything that sets their products apart from others on the market.
Ageless Woman ® Claims
All of the claims made on the Ageless Woman® website and infomercial are not their own, but rather the claims of the companies that manufacture the ingredients used in the Ageless Woman® product line. They don’t make any outrageous claims – which is a nice change.
Ageless Woman ® Consumer Review
Value: Ageless Woman® products are relatively expensive. They charge a high price for their products. This could be to bait you into joining their ‘Club’ where they offer a small savings. This Club is an auto-ship program where your credit card is billed monthly. These types of programs are generally difficult to get out of and may come with some sort of financial penalty.
Safety: Ageless Woman® products appear to be generally safe. All of their ingredients are developed by third parties.
Anti-Aging Power: Out of the entire Ageless Woman® product line, only one product, deep wrinkle relaxer™, contains an ingredient that has been proven to reduce wrinkles. That is 1 out of 30 products. Therefore, the anti-aging power of their product line is really low.
Ingredient Quality: .All of their ingredients are developed by third parties. Nothing is developed by Ageless Woman®. The ingredients used by Ageless Woman® are used in the majority of wrinkle serums.
Customer Feedback: The only feedback received from customers is posted on their website. Do you think they are going to leave any sort of negative feedback for us to see? Their products are also only sold on their website. Amazon.com sells their products, but it looks like no one is buying them, probably for good reason too.
Positive Features:
- One of their products contains trace amounts of Acetyl Hexapeptide-3, which is a terrific alternative to facial injections.
Negative Features:
- Only one of their products contains Acetyl Hexapeptide-3, which is a terrific alternative to facial injections.
- Their Auto-ship program may be difficult to get out of.
- Tons of products that don’t show any real scientific anti-aging, wrinkle fighting benefits.
Ageless Woman ® Conclusion
Ageless Woman® is a company that has a lot of products. Their website makes you think that you are getting a unique product, or something that is different from anything else that is available. That’s is how they want you to feel. Is this deceptive? Not really, it is just good marketing. Their products are Average/Below average. They seem to miss the mark in combining the best ingredients available that really reduce wrinkles and facial lines.
The most disappointing aspect of Ageless Woman’s® product line is that only one of their products contains any real ingredient with anti-aging power. That ingredient is Acetyl Hexapeptide-3, or Argireline®. Acetyl Hexapeptide-3 alone is good, but when combined with silk protein peptides, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, Hydronium 55, Snap-8 (Acetyl Octapeptide-3), or Hyaluronic Acid – you have the ‘Ultimate’ anti-aging product. Wrinkle serums that contain those 6 ingredients are rare and expensive – but they Work!

What is A.M. Eye Magic?
A.M. Eye Magic is an under eye strip that gets its power and healing properties from magnets. A.M. Eye Magic comes with 20 self-adhesive strips.
A.M. Eye Magic Claims
A.M. Eye Magic, by Beauty Magnets, claims to be an “under eye Rescue Kit”. A.M. Eye Magic claims to reduce fine wrinkles as well as under eye puffiness with the help of ‘Magnetic Therapy’. There are no claims on the website as to how fast it will work. This product utilizes “magnet therapy” and is said to promote circulation under the eye to achieve its advertised benefits.
The site provides a little history on the use of magnets, but provides zero scientific proof or case studies that show the effectiveness of using magnets to reduce facial lines and wrinkles.
A.M. Eye Magic Consumer Review
Value: Though A.M. Eye Magic is really cheap – there is a reason. It really doesn’t work. Therefore it provides very little value for the customer.
Safety: How safe are magnets? In 10 years will scientists show a link between magnets and cancer? Who knows.
Anti-Aging Power: None – Zero – Zip – Nill. Let’s get serious for a second. Do you think that wearing a magnetic bracelet will help you lose 100 pounds, let alone reduce wrinkles on your face? This is the kind of product that you see at the dollar store or available at gas stations.
Ingredient Quality: Since there are no ingredients, I really can’t comment here.
Customer Feedback: Here is what some people are saying about A.M. Eye Magic – “Magnetic face lift? Sure, it can work! If you’re a robot…” “It was cheap, only $15, so I took a chance. It didn’t reduce any wrinkles, but it was pretty relaxing.” Overall, the feedback on A.M. Eye Magic has been poor and it doesn’t look like it provides a promising wrinkle solution.
Company Reputation: They have a solid website, with plenty of contact information. The only concern for me is that there is no product or satisfaction guarantee.
Positive Features:
- Re-usable 2-3 times
Negative Features:
- Clinically Un-Proven Ingredients
- Zero Scientific Research
- Too Gimmicky
A.M. Eye Magic Conclusion
A.M. Eye Magic provides you with an alternative medicine approach to reducing wrinkles, facial lines, and under-eye puffiness. The major downside is that there is zero proof and zero clinical support as to whether or not magnets can reduce facial wrinkles. I have found that the majority of people would buy this product due to its relatively cheap price. But if you are looking for a “less expensive” wrinkle solution, there are plenty available that have been clinically proven to reduce wrinkles. Isn’t a product that work s worth an extra $5 or $10?

Here is another big name in the anti-aging world: Prevage. It’s an Idebenone supplement. Against other purely idebenone based products, it ranks in the 95th percentile. But with all factors considered, Prevage didn’t make our top 25. Scroll down to read our Top 10 Anti-Aging Products.
Botox® Cosmetic by Allergan is an extreme alternative to anti-aging solutions. It is a series of expensive collagen injections done on your face to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. It works, but be warned there are side effects, it lasts only 4 months, and is very expensive.
Don’t let their “ghetto” website scare you away, this is a great product (supposedly endorsed by top celebrities (sure)). Anyway, they contain all of your favorite peptides and hydroxyl acids, but they aren’t cheap. We ranked Bioque 65/300. Scroll down to read our Top 10 Anti-Aging Products.
This is one of the heavy hitters that everyone has heard about. It’s really sort of early, and the original formula certainly isn’t comparable to some of today’s latest anti-aging ingredients. “Look Up to 10 Years Younger in 90 Seconds”??? That is their claim. I have a hard time believing the results of any digitized picture on any website. Looks like I am in the minority! Strivectin SD by Klein-Becker is really one of the first products to tout anti-aging abilities. For this reason, kudos to Klein Becker. While it seems as though the “studies” are less than credible, the product has nevertheless proven itself in the market, and still maintains the top position. We ranked it #9, and you can buy it here.
Strivectin is a line of anti-wrinkle creams that focus on stretch marks and wrinkles. Strivectin is manufactured by a company out of Utah called Klein-Becker. My friend used to do phone sales at Klein-Becker and it is definitely and interesting company. The products they sell are way, way, way overpriced. They also claim that they have done a bunch of research, but if you are lucky to even find these reports, you will see that they were done in someplace like Outer Mongolia, where you give a ‘doctor’ $5k and tell him the results of the study before it is even done. They do have good products. The only downside is that they are pretty expensive, around $160 for less than 1 ounce of wrinkle serum. I have tried it, and it didn’t work for me, but they did give me my money back . . . eventually.

There really isn’t much information on this $95 product. But this is actually a common trend with anti-aging products: to not reveal any information. The “secret” sells itself. Still, as always, we recommend you at least know what the ingredients are if you are going to pay >$5 for anything. We rate it 105/300. Scroll down to read our Top 10 Anti-Aging Products.
Now that their sticky lawsuit with StriVectin (Klein Becker) is over, Revitacil is back with a new face: Everderm-CL. Rejuvinol (or Rejuvox for the PM) is another “Botox alternative.” No ingredients for this product are listed specifically other than Hyaluronic Acid, which makes you wonder what it’s all about, especially as a Botox alternative. Dr.Perricone is the head of a company called, you guessed it, N.V. Perricone MD. Dr.Perricone has made several appearances on shows like Oprah Whinfrey, and has written many NY Time Best Sellers that focus on health, beauty and longetivity. He also has a cosmetic company that sells a wide variety of skincare solutions that treat everything from acne to wrinkles. Dr.Perricone’s products are some of the most expensive out there. That is one of the reasons why none of his products cracked our Top 10. The other reason is that there is mixed reviews about whether they even work. If you are paying that much money for a product, you had better hope that it works! Oxyage is an anti-aging / anti-cancer / anti-everything pill. We urge consumers to be wary of a pill which claims too much (cancer alone is enough to make your eyebrows raise). As you know by now, “peptides” signal proteins to repair the skin. Peptides are the cornerstone of current anti-aging products, and OHT has 3 of the best. The advertising for this company is a bit confusing. It shows a woman with a syringe in front of her face, as if you personally inject the product into your face. It’s actually a spray, one of the first we’ve seen. It claims to inject M-Tox (whatever that is; it’s supposed to sound like Bo-Tox). But we feel $140 for 1.7 oz is a bit pricey.
Have you ever heard of Botox? We thought you might have. Juvederm is Botox. These types of wrinkle treatments are done through an injectible gel. These treatments are painful and expensive. There is heavy bruising associated with these treatments. Also, if your doctor is inexperienced, he or she can inject it unevenly, causing ghastly bumps and deformations. Sorry, but there is too much at risk here for Juvederm to make our Top 10 list.
We have reviewed over 200 anti-aging treatments and have taken the confusion out of the shopping experience by narrowing your search to the elite products in the industry. Scroll down to read more about our Top 10 Anti-Aging Products.
Jevederm, like Botox, is injected beneath the skin to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Your dermatologist will have to tell you if you qualify, but this formula uses hyaluronic acid, which can be found in several topical treatments today. "Isaderma — The Arctic Secret to Looking Younger"? I am cofused by this statement. Does anybody live in the arctic? If so, are they developing anti-aging serums?
Isaderma is one of "those" products that you need to very aware of, not from an ingredient standpoint, but from a marketing standpoint. If you are looking to buy this product, make sure you read the fine print. Their free trial isn’t so "free". After a period of time, you are automatically billed $60, and automaticall enrolled in their auto-ship program - where you are billed $60 every month. The bummer is that these autoship programs are really a pain to deal with - if you are ever able to really cancel.
Though Isaderma didn’t make our list of "Best Anti-Aging" serums or creams, it is still a decent product. Take a look at the top-rated anti-aging products below.
Hyrdroxatone is a 3 Step skin care solution that is getting into a bit of hot water lately. Why? Well apart from the fact the product does not work, their sales is pretty sneaky. They ‘offer’ a ‘risk free’ trial. The only risk is that you agree to be billed $140 and are automatically enrolled in their autoship program! This has consumers who have been duped up in arms! Hydroxatone didn’t crack our Top 10, if we had a Top 100, it wouldn’t crack that either. We have reviewed over 200 anti-aging treatments and have taken the confusion out of the shopping experience by narrowing your search to the elite products in the industry. Scroll down for more info.
Hydroderm is the most aggressively advertised anti-aging product on the net. Their Age Defying Wrinkle Reducer (perhaps the #1 selling anti-aging product) is designed to restore collagen levels within the skin. This ability is questionable, but the product does work well for some. You can buy it here.
Genisphere contains QuSomes, which certainly sound interesting (they are the only product to contain this ingredient), we don’t have enough evidence to believe their obvious bias toward the ingredient. We ranked Genisphere 141/300.
Gaba-Med (GabaMed) is an anti-aging cream cleverly packaged in a syringe (we suppose to make you associate it with Botox?). The formula is great, but $139 for only 20ml is a bit pricey. You may want to check out our Top Ten List (the top three are listed right below).
Freeze 247 is actually a bundle of products. Their key ingredient is GABA which is transported safely beneath the skin to reduce the stressed muscles which they claim cause wrinkles, but evidence suggests wrinkles are caused by several other factors as well. We ranked it #8, and you can buy it here.
Elemis is a cosmetic company that sells a wide variety of skincare solutions that treat everything from acne to wrinkles. Elemis products are pretty pricey and sold primarily through spa’s. Elemis‘ products are nothing special. I take frequent trips to day spas and they make a lot of money upselling you on the products they use. My spa therapist highly recommended that we stay away from Elemis. I have heard this as well from many of the girls that are big into skin care. That is one of the reasons why none of his products cracked our Top 10. The other reason is that they are super expensive! There are so many products in the Anti-Aging market that work for way less then what you would pay for a tiny bottle of Elemis!
We have reviewed over 200 anti-aging treatments and have taken the confusion out of the shopping experience by narrowing your search to the elite products in the industry.
We see time and time again, products which tout anti-aging abilities with only one flagship ingredient (Emu oil in this case). This is fine as long as you have other ingredients to help out your formula, but time has revealed that ONE ingredient alone isn’t the key. Scroll down to read our Top 10 Anti-Aging Products.
Dermitage claims to help people look 10 years younger in just 10 minutes. That sounds pretty amazing. Too amazing actually. If it sounds too good to be true then it usually is. Even if you take a look at the picture of the girl on the website that goes from california raisin to beauty queen, you can tell that it is photoshopped. They just added wrinkles onto her picture, then the picture just goes back to normal.
GABA is the hottest and latest anti aging ingredient, and it works better than the competition. As always, however, we strongly recommend products which reveal all of their ingredients, so you can determine overall quality. We rate DermaFreeze365 86/300. Scroll down to read our Top 10 Anti-Aging Products.
DDF always puts out great products. Their ingredient list is impressive, while some consumers complain it simply does not work. We’ll let you decide, we ranked it 47/300. Scroll down to read our Top 10 Anti-Aging Products.
Cellex-C is a cosmetic company that sells a wide variety of skincare solutions that treat everything from acne to wrinkles. Cellex-C’s products are pretty pricey and the way their products are developed, one is ineffective without the other, thus exponentially increasing the amount of money you end up spending. Terrific marketing strategy! Cellex-C’s products are nothing special. That is one of the reasons why none of his products cracked our Top 10. The other reason is that there is mixed reviews about whether they even work. If you are paying that much money for a product or products, you had better hope that it works! We have reviewed over 200 anti-aging treatments and have taken the confusion out of the shopping experience by narrowing your search to the elite products in the industry.

Captiva makes a ton of skincare products for the face, eyes and body. One of the things we like about Captiva is their money-back guarantee. One of their most popular products is their Night Revitalizer, which retails for $64. It contains Acetyl Hexapeptide 3’s, which have been clinically proven to remove wrinkles.
Captiva almost cracked our list of top anti-aging or wrinkle removing creams - take a look below at the top-rated products!

“From the depths of an antarctic glacier an ancient group of organisms were discovered…
BIOTOXYL – your alternative”? I am cofused by this statement. Does anybody live in the arctic? If so, are they developing anti-aging serums?
Biotoxyl is a relatively new product and very little information is available. BIOTOXYL is comprised of three of the most innovative active ingredients known in cosmetology today: Matrixyl(Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-3), Argireline (Acetyl Hexapeptide-3) and Antarcticine (Pseudoalteromonas Ferment extract).
Though Biotoxyl didn’t make our list of “Best Anti-Aging” serums or creams, it is still a decent product. Take a look at the top-rated anti-aging products below.
So what is “The Best” Wrinkle Cream or Serum available? There are so many to choose from and they fall into every single price range? So how do you decide? • Safety
• Anti-Aging Power
• Ingredient Quality |

• Company Reputation

Some sort of “questionable” marketing tactics surrounded this now “ghost-town” product. We recommend staying away from all of it’s affiliated sites (there are several). Scroll down to read our Top 10 Anti-Aging Products.
This product just barely missed our top 20 products. The company truly takes advantage of the latest discoveries in anti-aging technology, not to the fullest extent, but certainly more than others. We rated it 37/300. Scroll down to read our Top 10 Anti-Aging Products.
There comes a point where avocado just doesn’t do everything, and anti-aging is one of those things. They do include Acetyl Hexapeptide-3, one of the top 5 best ingredients, but nothing else too impressive. We rank Avotone 95/300. Scroll down to read our Top 10 Anti-Aging Products.
Almay anti-aging skincare is a bundle of 5 products. Many of the 5 are nearly the same thing, it’s just a ploy to get you to spend more money. Not enough information about the product is provided by the company, and therefore we suggest not to spend more than $10 on it. Scroll down for our Top Ten Anti-Aging Products.
1. Brazilian Acai - studies have shown that this little berry is one of the most
nutritious and powerful foods in the world! Açaí (ah-sigh-ee) is the high-energy
berry of a special Amazon palm tree. Harvested in the rainforests of Brazil, açaí
tastes like a vibrant blend of berries and chocolate. Hidden within its royal
purple pigment is the magic that makes it nature’s perfect energy fruit. Açaí is
packed full of antioxidants, amino acids and essential fatty acids. Although açaí
may not be available in your local supermarket, you can find it in several health
food and gourmet stores (often in juice form). A new product featuring the
unsweetened pulp is now also available, and I highly recommend that you choose
this form of açaí.
2. Cayenne Pepper - is a member of the plant genus “capsicum” (cap-sih-kum), a
term that comes from the Greek word kapto, which means “to bite”. All peppers
contain compounds called capsaicinoids. This is especially true of cayenne
peppers, which derive their spicy heat, as well as extraordinary
anti-inflammatory, analgesic, heart-healthy effects, from very high levels of
capsaicinoids, the most common form of which is capsaicin. In addition to
capsaicin, Cayenne peppers are high in antioxidant carotenes and flavonoids,
and contain about twice the amount of vitamin C found in citrus fruits. Cayenne
is also great for supercharging your metabolic rate helping you to burn body fat at
a much higher rate.
3. Barley - Not only is barley a low-glycemic grain, it is high in both soluble
and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber helps the body metabolize fats, cholesterol
and carbohydrates, and lowers blood cholesterol levels. Insoluble fiber—commonly
called “roughage”—promotes a healthy digestive tract and reduces the risk of
cancers affecting it (e.g., colon cancer). Dietary fiber is critical to
health—yet few people in our modern society even come close to the recommended
daily intake. Many experts believe that good health begins in the colon, and
without sufficient dietary fiber in the diet, we run the risk of a host of
diseases, ranging from hemorrhoids to colon cancer. The fiber found in barley
provides food for the beneficial bacteria in the large intestine. This is
important as the “good” bacteria can crowd out the disease-causing bacteria in
the intestinal tract, resulting in greater health and disease resistance.
4. Garlic - Lowers total cholesterol (but raises HDL–”good”–cholesterol). It
lessens the risk of atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), may lower blood
pressure, may reduce the risk of blood clots, destroys infection-causing viruses
and bacteria, produces more “natural killer” cells in the blood to fight
infections, and enhances detoxification by reducing toxins.
5. Wheatgrass - When we talk about “green foods,” we’re referring to a group of
foods that includes young cereal grasses like barley grass and wheat grass.
Nutritionally, they are close cousins to dark green leafy vegetables, but offer
far greater levels of “nutrient density.” In other words, an ounce of these
concentrated green foods contains much more of the beneficial phytonutrients
found in an ounce of green vegetables. The results of many experimental studies
show that green foods have marked beneficial effects on cholesterol, blood
pressure, immune response and cancer prevention. These effects are attributed in
part to their high concentrations of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll, the phytochemical
that gives leaves, plants and algae their green hues, is the plant equivalent of
the oxygen-carrying red pigment hemoglobin in red blood cells. Dietary
chlorophyll inhibits disease bacteria and exerts therapeutic effects on bad
breath and internal odors.
6. Buckwheat - Though it is usually thought of as a grain, buckwheat is actually
the seed of a broadleaf plant related to rhubarb. While it is not a true grain,
it is used like one in cooking, and it surpasses rice, wheat and corn on almost
every measure of healthfulness (including the fact that rice, wheat, and corn are
high on the glycemic scale, thus provoking a quick spike in blood sugar levels, a
proven promoter of systemic inflammation). Buckwheat, on the other hand, ranks
low on the glycemic scale. Hulled buckwheat kernels (called groats) are pale
tan-to-green, while the roasted buckwheat groats known as Kasha—a staple food in
Eastern Europe—are dark brown with a nutty flavor. Kasha is often steamed in a
stock with onions, olive oil, and fresh parsley, and you can combine equal parts
plain buckwheat groats and oats, and cook the mix to enjoy as a hot breakfast
cereal topped with berries. Buckwheat has been cultivated for at least 1,000
years in China, Korea and Japan, where it is often enjoyed in the form of
buckwheat “soba” noodles—a form that’s become increasingly popular in the West as
a healthy substitute for wheat pasta. Buckwheat has more protein than rice,
wheat, millet, or corn, and is high in the essential amino acids lysine and
arginine, in which major cereal crops are deficient. Its unique amino acid
profile gives buckwheat the power to boost the protein value of beans and cereal
grains eaten the same day. Yet, buckwheat contains no gluten—the source of
protein in true grains—and is therefore safe for people with gluten allergy or
celiac disease.
7. FlaxSeed - FlaxSeed essential fatty acids are particularly valuable because
the body needs them to function properly, but can’t manufacture them on its own.
One of the EFAs in flaxseed oil–alpha-linolenic acid–is known as an omega-3
fatty acid. Like the omega-3s found in fish, it appears to reduce the risk of
heart disease and numerous other ailments. Flaxseed oil is an excellent source of
omega-3s: Just 1 teaspoon contains about 2.5 grams, equivalent to more than twice
helps to: Lower cholesterol, Protect against heart disease, Control high blood
pressure, Counter inflammation associated with gout, lupus and fibrocystic
breasts, Control constipation, hemorrhoids, diverticular disorders and
gallstones, Treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, sunburn and rosacea, Promote healthy
skin, hair and nails, Minimize nerve damage that causes numbness and tingling as
well as other disorders, Reduce cancer risk and guard against the effects of
aging, Treat menopausal symptoms, menstrual cramps, female infertility and
endometriosis, Fight prostate problems, male infertility and impotence.
8. Yogurt/Kefir - is a healthy bacteria found in High concentrations in Kefir and
Yogurt. Also known as a Probiotic. In humans, probiotic microbes help the body’s
ongoing fight against infectious diseases by competing with the pathogens for
food, nutrients and survival. This is why human breast milk is rich in
nutritional factors that foster the growth of bifidobacteria—a beneficial
bacterial family that keeps babies’ intestinal ecosystems healthy and
disease-resistant.
9. Alfalfa - is a plant with a long history of use around the world as a
livestock feed. Middle-Eastern cultures have long used alfalfa as fodder for
horses, claiming increased speed and strength of the animals and leading to the
name “Al-fal-fa” meaning “father of all foods.” It is a great source of vitamins
A, C, E, and K4; and minerals such as calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and iron.
The alfalfa leaf contains saponins which appear to decrease plasma cholesterol
without creating a change in HDL levels. It also appears to decrease cholesterol
absorption and increase the excretion of neutral steroids and bile acids. Alfalfa
also appears to lower total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL)
cholesterol in people with high cholesterol levels.
10. Soy- is an ingredient for popular products such as soy milk, tofu and soy
sauce. It’s health benefits are widely known. Soy is used for hyperlipidemia,
menopausal symptoms, preventing osteoporosis, and preventing cardiovascular
diseases. It can also be used for hypertension, type 2 diabetes, constipation,
diarrhea, and muscle soreness from exercising. It is most definitely useful
against hyperlipidemia. It reduces total cholesterol and low-density
lipoprotein(LDL) levels in both hypercholesterolemic and normocholesterolemic men
and women. Soybeans are also rich in calcium, iron, potassium, amino acids,
vitamins, and fiber. Soy contains all the essential amino acids in sufficient
quantities to support human life. Soy seems to lower blood pressure. (Menopause
2000:7:215-29) It has pharmacological effects that may be beneficial in
preventing cardiovascular diseases. Soy may increase bile acid excretion and up
regulate the low-density lipoprotein(LDL) receptors. Soy protein reduces glucose
levels due to its fiber content. There is evidence that soy improves glycemic
control by inhibiting tyrosine kinase activity, thereby improving the insulin
receptor affinity, improving glucose transport and increasing tissue sensitivity
to insulin.
Eat these 10 “Super Foods” daily and watch your wrinkles begin to vanish before
your eyes. They really work and the results are long lasting since they work from
the inside out.
Some of these 10 foods are difficult to find as well as very expensive. We recommend
busy individuals to supplement with the SuperFoods whole food vitamin called Lipovox.
Lipovox is one of our highest rated anti aging treatments that retails for $75 per
30 day supply but can be purchased for $25-$35 from Lipovox.com The results will not
be as good as if you ate all 10 super foods every day but comes fairly close at a
fraction of the expense and time.
1. Avoid the sun and tanning salons like the plague! Nothing will age your skin faster than too much sun. If you are an outdoorsy person like me its tough to stay out of the sun so be sure to slather on the sun block. I recemmend at least ans sfp of 30. Hats and sunglasses great for blocking the wrinkle (and cancer) causing rays of the sun.
2. Don’t smoke or drink alcohol. We all know not to smoke and thats a given. But consuming too much alcohol can cause wrinkles to appear much faster than you would like. If you do insist on drinking we recommend red wine because it contains resveratrol which actually has some positive effects on wrinkles. It doesn’t outweigh the negative effects of the alcohol but makes red wine not as bad as beer or hard liqour.
3. Be Happy! Constantly furrowing your brow, squinting, or puckering your lips will, in time, create wrinkles or make those you already have a lot worse. So be happy to keep those deep lines away.
4. Keep pillows away from your face. Watch out for sleeping wrinkles. These are wrinkles that are caused by pressing your face into the pillow at night. If you’re guilty of this habit, learn to sleep on your back instead, or experiment to find a position where your face is not pressing the pillow. You may see some of your smaller lines fade away and potential large wrinkles will be prevented.
5. Eat right. Vitamins and minerals are important to maintaining youthful skin. Among the most important are the B-complex vitamins (found in beef, chicken, eggs, whole wheat and enriched flour, and milk, among other food) and vitamins A and C (found in fresh fruit and vegetables). We like Dr. Perricone’s 10 “SuperFoods” for wrinkles found here.
6. Keep a steady weight. Yo-Yo dieters who gain weight stretch out their skin and when they lose the weight because the skin usually doesn’t retract to its original size. So its best to not be overweight to begin with. But if you are then lose the excess pounds and keep it off with regular good dieting and tip #7…
7. Exercise. People who are generally in good shape seem to have healthier, more elastic skin than those who aren’t. One Finnish study found that middle-aged athletes had skin that was denser, thicker, and stronger than that of a similar group of nonexercisers. The elastic quality that allows the skin to spring back to its original shape after being stretched was also significantly better in the athletes. You can even do exercises for your face. Seriously. Check out this terrific book called FacialGymnastics. These exercises really do work and the book comes with a great return policy if your unhappy
8. Moisturize. Moisturize. Moisturize. Rich, emollient moisturizers help hydrate skin and “plump-up” fine lines with regular use. For those concerned about oil and clogged pores, oil-free lotions and creams are available over-the-counter; they can help reduce dryness that may lead to fine lines. With any new moisturizer, use caution when applying it to the area around your eye, as this region tends to be quite sensitive. Also, to avoid irritating your eyes, don’t moisturize too close to them. Many of our highest rated wrinkle treatments are serums or pills. The best moisturizing creams on our list are Reneuvitol, Idebenage, Juliets Anti Aging Cream.
9. Drink lots of water This really works! Incorporating 8-10 glasses of water a day into your diet will help you to eliminate toxins in the body that take away from the skin’s firmness and oxygen flow, so your skin looks smooth and moisturized. This can prevent wrinkles, as people with dry skin are usually more prone to wrinkles later in life. You can also keep track of your water intake by eating plenty of fruit throughout the day.
10. Argireline… The New “Botox”? Argireline is manufactured by a Spanish company Lipotec and is a hexapeptide (a chain of 6 amino acids) attached to the acetic acid residue. It is believed to work by inhibiting the release of neurotransmitters. When applied to the skin, Argireline supposedly relaxes facial tension leading to the reduction in facial lines and wrinkles with regular use. This resembles the effect of Botox, which reduces facial tension and movement by paralyzing facial muscles. Argireline (Acetyl hexapeptide-3) in a clinical study published in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science has been shown to reduce the depth of wrinkles up to 30% after 30 days of use. 6 out of the top 10 Wrinkle Treatments contain Acetyl Hexapeptide-3. In order of most Argireline per serving to least they are:

FREEZOX is by far the most powerful wrinkle fighting and anti-aging product legally available today. It's the only product reviewed that received a 100/100 in wrinkle reducing power. If you want to lose your wrinkles as quickly as possible and look like a million dollars, FREEZOX is well worth the money. It would have easily of been the #1 rated anti-aging products if it had not been for it's below average safety rating. Their have been widespread rumors that FREEZOX contains a topical grade extract of the wrinkle reducing ingredient Botulinum Toxin Type-A (BOTOX®). Having thoroughly reviewed FREEZOX we have found no traces of this substance. FREEZOX does however work faster than any other anti-aging product ever created which leads people to question its ingredients. This literal fountain of youth doesn't come cheap. A 28.3 gram bottle which lasts 3-4 months costs $579.00.00 USD. There are rumors that FREEZOX will soon be taken off the market so finding bottles in the U.S. is rare and hard to come by. |
